Rabat - The Moroccan Federation Of Insurance and Reinsurance Companie (FMSAR) will receive a delegation from l’Association des Sociétés Camerounaises de l’Assurance (ASAC) as part of an effort to promote cooperation with other African insurance industries. The Cameroon delegation will meet with FMSAR representatives November 12-14 in in Casablanca.
“The objective of this visit is to allow for the operators of the Cameroonian insurance market to examine the more developed Moroccan experience with respect to auto insurance and claims for compensation for material losses and body damage, ” FMSAR explained.
Moroccan insurance companies have achieved significant progress in improving their offerings and services, their compensation periods, and their customer service, according to FMSAR.
The Moroccan Insurance industry is among the most developed in Africa and in the Arab world. It ranks second after South Africa with respect to the insurance sector’s turnover, and it is first in the Arab market with regard to the insurance penetration rate.
